New CEO
HLM’s Board has hired Henrik Ibsen as the new CEO to strengthen the overall organization.
HLM continues to grow and the ambition to be a market leader is strengthened by the hiring of Henrik Ibsen.
With his many years of experience in the industry and with skills as management, business development and growth strategy, he will develop HLM in the future.
Henrik is incredibly happy and says “HLM has a huge potential, which I can not wait to unpack. The journey that awaits will be exciting, educational and developing. Our strength is our combined competencies and experiences, which create strong and robust solutions. But it is also our customers that we must take good care of every day.”
With the expansion of offices in Odense and Århus, HLM has implemented itself throughout Denmark. "Management has in consultation with the Board therefore strengthened the entire HLM family with the appointment of Henrik Ibsen as CEO" says co-owner Michael Jørgensen and continues "Henrik has the competencies that bring together the various branches of HLM and the appointment of Henrik Ibsen will also strengthen us towards a larger customer segment."
Together with Nikolaj Halborg, the three-leaf clover will have even more opportunity to focus on development and service, and Nikolaj adds, “HLM is today at a much higher level than just 2-3 years ago. I know my strengths, and it has always been on our projects and not least our customers. We therefore need a profile with a pure focus on the management of HLM and SMT Nordic, I am therefore incredibly happy that Henrik is our new CEO. Nikolaj continues in the role of customer director and says "I am very much looking forward to the new role, which will focus on developing solutions for our customers, not only in HLM, but also in SMT Nordic, ITL and GEOMAX Denmark."
